The annual KSA National Senior event is always one to look forward to. This year’s competition proved to be no different.  Our National events always bring the toughest competitors together and I was once again reminded that as an athlete it is important to continue challenging yourself, broadening your horizons regarding training programs and to stretch your limits. These ‘challenges’ are important in order to stay motivated and excited about the sport!

‘Nationals’ is a chance to assess your preparation and performance, but to also catch up with old friends and training partners from all over the country. All of our athletes competed to the best of their abilities in their various categories and showed great sportsmanship.

Congratulations to our students that competed:

🥉 Wenette got Bronze for kumite
🥉 Brandon got Bronze for Kumite
